At DotNetSchool, we believe refunds should be fair to both students and mentors. Therefore, refunds are processed based on learning effort and skill demonstration.

When Can a Student Request a Refund?

  • The student has enrolled and paid the course fee
  • The student submits a formal refund request
  • The request is raised within the defined refund window

DSA-Based Refund Evaluation

Refund approval is not automatic. Every refund request is followed by a DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) Evaluation Exam.

The exam evaluates:

  • Problem-solving ability
  • Understanding of core DSA concepts
  • Logical thinking and code quality
  • Ability to apply concepts taught during training

Refund Approval (100%)

A 100% refund is approved if:

  • The student appears for the DSA evaluation
  • The student meets the minimum qualifying benchmark
  • No policy violations or malpractice are detected

Refund Rejection

The refund request will be rejected if:

  • The student fails to clear the DSA evaluation
  • The student does not appear for the exam
  • There is misuse of content or unfair practices

Refund Processing

  • Evaluation scheduled within 7 days of refund request
  • Result communicated transparently
  • Approved refunds processed within 7–10 working days

Refunds are based on demonstrated effort — not assumptions.
